today was a good day. i think i'm getting used to this a lil bit more. i drank all my water and stayed w/in my pts range. i exercised as soon as i came home. i think maybe this timing will work best for me. i sure as heck don't wanna do it before work. i would have to get up at 430 for that. i nvr feel like it once i have the boys in bed. right after work is good bc after that i get to eat. i LUV to eat. i have learned to get very creative w/my cooking. i can still pretty much eat the stuff i really like, but just make it better for me. tonite i made healthy philly cheese steak. sounds unbelievable, huh? i bought the meat from the schwan's man. it had 7 pts in just the meat, but the veggies were only 1, the hot dog bun i put it on was 1 and the string cheese i shredded for the the top was 1. my banana peppers were free. yuuuuum! this pic is sky's after his first bite. i didn't think about takin a pic till mine was GONE. sky said is was so good he was gonna sing to it. i snapped this pic as he sang... lol!

so i still have 5 pts remaining tonite. i really don't feel hungry, but im sure i will need a snack by bedtime. thanks to whomever may be reading this. it helps knowing i have to share!!!
Yeah for you Sherrie!! You have to start somewhere. You know my sister Tammy started the weight loss thingy that we had on FB last year in Feb and she weighed close to 200. She worked out and cut out her snacks and to this day (from Feb) she has lost more than 60 pounds and is actually smaller than me now...GO FIGURE!!! Anyway, just keep your mind on the task and you will do fine!!
