day 13

i woke up again and exercised first thing.  after that i worked like crazy around the house.  i stayed w/in my pts range and i still have 2 pts for a treat tonite.  weigh in is tomorrow.  hopefully  all this work will pay off...

day 12

i woke up this morning and exercised!  wahoo!  yay me!  after that i heated up a frozen meal of beef & broccoli.  well that's what it was called anyway.  it had maybe 2 tablespoons of beef and possibly 1 tablespoon of broccoli.  the rest was a pile of white rice.  full of calories and cannot be wasted white rice.  so i ate this for 9 pts very disappointed bc i wanted beef & broc, not a pile of white rice.  so anyway, live & learn.  lunch was w/ the short order cook named mom. :)  dinner was again my fave veggie fajitas.  i think today was pretty good.  i really cannot wait for MONDAY!!!

day 11

today was a different kinda day.  i only worked the second part of the day so my breakfast & lunch schedules were all outta whack.  we again had snacks at work today.  i had 2 pretzel sticks dunked in dip and half of a pimento cheese sandwich.  i was frustrated that i ate any of that junk, but i guess it could have been much worse.  at dinner w/a friend i had my fave veggie fajitas.  this time i ordered only half an order.  wishing i would have ordered the whole shebang for another couple of bucks.  then i would have had some leftover for tomorrow...  i am really struggling w/exercise this wk.  i have felt overly exhausted this whole wk.  i seriously just wanna sit on this couch and nvr move from it again.  hoping for a good night's rest and hopefully work out in the am.

day 10

right now i am hungry!  prob bc i didn't have the best dinner.  we ran in mcd's to grab spens a salad in between dr appts, grocery store and bb sign ups.  i ordered a plain grilled chicken sandwich.  the nice lady asks me which one i want.  i once again explained that i wanted a plain grilled chicken sandwich.  again she asked which one and went on explaining the club had this and that and the other fancy named sandwich had other toppings.  i again tried to tell her i just wanted plain grilled chicken on a bun.  she informs that she has to punch something her computer.  i can tell you that i was thinkin about punchin, but not her computer.  so anyhow i order a sandwich, apples and yogurt.  i get my sandwich topped w/bacon & cheese.  now i believe i had addressed my luv for bacon.  that bacon had me at hello.  i wanted to eat it!  i wanted to lick it and taste it and chew it very slowly for the full effect.  but guess what i did w/it?  i took it off!  i even wiped my finger on my napkin after i took it off so i wouldn't lick it.  i ate my happy dry sandwich dipped in a lil ketchup and then had my apples for dessert.  at this point i realize i don't have my yogurt.  i cked the receipt and i hadn't been charged for it so i didn't bother...  prob would have confused the girl w/the computer that i wanted to punch. 
so i ate in my pts range for breakfast & lunch.  i need to go figure my pts from my dinner and hopefully i have some left for a smallish kinda snack...

day 9

so last night i dreamed i was at bojangles.  i was in the drive thru in a mini van.  i couldn't get close enough to the window to p/u my food.  i could see a pic of my biscuit, but i couldn't reach it.  so i guess i didn't eat it.  i really wanted that biscuit!  so i woke up hungry and i'm hungry right now just thinking about it.  it was bacon and cheese w/scrambled egg.  not that nappy folded egg stuff, but scrambled eggs.  it sounds good.  someone should probably make it for the big bo.
so today was "healthy" potluck at work.  there was so much stuff i really wanted to eat!  there was this cake that looked like it came out of a southern living magazine.  i didn't eat it.  guess what else i didn't eat...chips & salsa.  that is my fave food on earth.  i also didn't eat cheese stuffed jalapenos.  they looked amazing.  instead i ate veggie soup and a grilled cheese.  i brought the healthy bread, cheese and spray butter so i know that was okay.  that veggie soup had to be okay too.  i even picked out the big chunks of potato so it was just green beans, onions & tomatoes.  i really coulda bombed, but i chose not to.  i would say today was a success for sure!

day 8

today was pretty easy to get back on track.  i feel soooo much better eating healthy food and not so blah from eating way too much. 
i did get a haircut today.  maybe that took off a few lbs.  pretty doubtful since it was just a trim and i have very fine hair anyhow.  not fine like wonderful, but fine like thin and barely there... 
so i really should exercise tonight, but this rainy weather makes me blah and wanna do nothing but eat.  so i think i will go get a pc of gum and chomp it till time to brush my teeth and go to bed.  i may exercise once the boys get in bed...

day 7...weigh in day

so today was my first weigh in.  i was plenty satisfied w/the results.  i weighed in at 283.6 so that is a loss of 5.4!  wahoo!  wahoo!  that's more than a 5 lb bag of flour!  Duh, but yay!  so mondays are my free days.  i don't count pts and eat what i've been craving all wk.  so today i ate a reese cup, aka heaven in my mouth!  it was just the itty bitty one so i ate another one.  those things are soooo stinkin good!!!  tomorrow i will be back on track and i hope for a big loss nxt wk as well.
